Having run her first virtual event in 2012, Vanessa has been immersed in and witnessed the scope, landscape and potential of events, training and digital content evolve. And now, as an essential part of today’s business world; she has made it her mission to facilitate event organisers, training companies and digital content providers to navigate the rapidly evolving world of virtual opportunities. 

In her role as Chief Evangelist at Glisser, Vanessa is demystifying the tech that can help trainers and event organisers breathe fresh life into their work. She is committed to ensuring that Glisser’s customers (and their participants) are engaged, and supported at every stage of their transition to virtual and hybrid activity, paving the way for a progessive future in virtual events and training.  

A Subject Matter Expert for the Virtual Event Institute, Vanessa has been a thought leader on virtual events, digital community and content building at various industry events and networking forums.

Also active in promoting equality in the workplace, Vanessa founded her gender equality content hub Time 4 Equality in 2019 to bring much needed male leadership voices to the global gender equality movement. She has also spoken on various panels including UK Parliament, participated in various ‘Women In…’ business events and is an ambassador for the AllBright and She Almighty Collective.
