The Virtual Events Institute (VEI) has unveiled a new partnership with meetings, events, and hospitality technology provider, Cvent.
VEI serves the global events community by providing education, training, innovation and best practices to ensure virtual and hybrid event excellence.
Through the strategic partnership, Cvent will be the exclusive registration and virtual event platform provider and headline sponsor of the inaugural VEI Virtual & Hybrid Event Awards.
The VEI Virtual & Hybrid Event Awards, which will take place on 22 April, will celebrate excellence in virtual and hybrid events and all those who work within the industry from event organizers, brands, agencies, event tech providers and technology platforms,
In addition, VEI and Cvent will collaborate to deliver instructional resources and host online webinars and masterclasses to educate industry professionals and support their efforts to deliver successful virtual and hybrid events.
Cvent customers will receive a discount on the VEI Certification Program. The VEI program is comprised of 11 modules, covering a step-by-step guide for all event disciplines, across sales, marketing, content and operations, on how to produce and deliver excellence in digital events.
